As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I get it. I’ll help you understand why you’re like this, and overcome the limited beliefs stemming from your past.

Many of us go through life feeling like we have to hide who we really are. Maybe you've spent years carefully studying other people, trying to say the right thing, act the right way, and avoid standing out. Maybe you've become so good at masking that you no longer know where the mask ends and you begin. If you've spent your life adapting yourself to fit the expectations of others, you may find yourself wondering: Who am I when I'm not performing for everyone else?

I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and AuDHD. As a counselor with Autism Spectrum Disorder myself, I understand what it feels like to navigate a world that often misunderstands neurodivergent minds. Many of my clients come to counseling feeling exhausted from years of masking, people-pleasing, and trying to fit into spaces that were not built with them in mind. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and a trauma-informed approach, I help clients explore the parts of themselves that learned to hide, shrink, or overachieve to gain acceptance and avoid rejection.

I also have experience working with clients exploring relationships outside of traditional relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and polyamory. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore relationship dynamics, communication, boundaries, jealousy, attachment, identity, and the unique challenges that can come with building relationships that don't follow traditional expectations.

My role is to help you better understand how your mind works, build on your strengths, and create a life that honors your needs rather than forcing yourself into someone else's mold. If you're ready to stop fighting who you are and start building a relationship with yourself based on compassion and understanding, contact me. I'd love to support you on that journey.

Why Should I Trust You

I am a MSW student who is queer and neurodivergent, and I have a deep awareness of how systemic oppression, religious institutions, and family dynamics can impact mental health.
