“I can help you navigate your teens and 20s with confidence.”
Have you ever wondered who you really are? Felt unsure about what to do next, questioned your relationships, or struggled to build a sense of community?
Your 20’s can be challenging. Life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and anxiety can feel overwhelming especially when you’re carrying them in spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.
As a Black neurodivergent therapist, I am committed to serving BIPOC communities. I utilize a person-centered, body-based approach that incorporates experiential and expressive work to support clients in deepening self-awareness, self-love, emotional regulation, and connection with others.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing occurs within the relationship between the therapist and client. You are the expert on your life, while I am your guide.
In our work together, you will gain deeper intimacy with yourself, increased clarity in your life choices, and the confidence to cultivate a meaningful community for yourself. Here, you will receive support that truly sees and supports you in your becoming.
