“Together we will process the experiences that have shaped you and reconnect to the parts that you have had to silence. ”
Life can feel heavy when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, or feel lost during a major life transition. You might find yourself questioning your boundaries, your relationships, or even your sense of self. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone — where we can work together to help you find relief, clarity, and confidence again.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR-trained clinician, and Air National Guard member, I understand the importance of resilience, identity, and connection. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative — I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
I use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), EMDR, and trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to help you process the experiences that have shaped you and reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have had to silence. I provide affirming care for adults (18+), BIPOC communities, military members and veterans (I also serve in the Air National Guard), and LGBTQ+ clients, and I understand how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape our emotional worlds, holding space for all the layers of who you are.
Reaching out can feel intimidating — but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. If you’re ready to begin healing, improving your relationships, and reconnecting with who you are, I would be honored to walk with you.
