I am most helpful with:

“I can help you disrupt patterns in your life that are no longer serving you, so that you can build a life and relationships that feel good.”

I am passionate about working with young adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and/or grief related to trauma and complex PTSD. This may show up as repeated relationship, work, family, or general life patterns that just aren’t serving you anymore, or a major life event that has knocked you off course. Together we can look at ways to disrupt these patterns, navigate challenges, and work towards a life that feels uniquely good and true to you!

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up exactly as we are. All parts of you are welcome and celebrated here in the therapeutic space. Together we can create an inclusive and compassionate environment, with respect for your intuition and self- knowledge, and use that as a baseline for all we do.

I am a trauma and social justice-informed practitioner focusing on the intersection of oppression, health, spirit, and environment. My work involves healing trauma and relational wounds through somatic practices, cognitive behavioral therapy, self-exploration, self-acceptance, internal parts work, and experiential therapy.
